Ribbon kelp (Alaria marginata):
Savory, rich, delicate, umami flavor – comparable to wakame.
Alaria is extremely rich in Calcium, Magnesium, Manganese, Omega 3s, vitamins A, B, C, K, and E.
Ideas for cooking: Cut into bite-sized pieces for your next stir fry, soup, or scramble. Make your own seaweed salad or poke bowl. Add to soups and chowders for a salty superfood addition. Use like any other green vegetable.
Preorders for all fresh kelp will be available in late April or early May.
